The International BSA rally for 2026 is being hosted by New Zealand. The rally will be held over the 13th to 20th February and will be based in Silverstream, which is around 30 minutes ride north of Wellington.

Note: The more upmarket rooms and units that can be viewed on the Silverstream Retreat web site are fully booked as at 4th September 2025. Rally attendees have booked this accommodation directly with the Retreat. The NZBSAMOC has details of local Hotels and Motels in the local area that can be booked directly by rally goers if preferred to the shared accommodation that can be booked using the Online Booking process.
Indicative costs for the rally are as follows (more detail is available when you use the Online Booking process). All costs quoted are per person attending, in New Zealand dollars. Note only the basic accommodation can be booked using the Online booking process (see the Silverstream Retreat "Group Options" page for details of the shared accommodation).

Rally Registration $315 (per person and includes packed lunches on all but one of the rally ride days)
Accommodation in Stonewall Lower Block $455 (per person for the full week, this is basic shared facilities accommodation to be booked by couples ONLY, linen not included), alternatively:
Accommodation in Rimu Court Block $420 (for the full week, this is basic shared facilities accommodation, shared bunk rooms, linen not included)
Linen supply $120 (for the full week, for those not bringing their own sleeping bag etc).
Meals per day $55 * (per person, includes both a breakfast and dinner, up to 7 days meals can be booked, the dinner on the 13th and breakfast on 20th count as one day).
There will be 12 seater bus to transport non -riders around on rally rides. During the booking process there is provision for expressing an interest in using the bus.
*Those people who have select less than 7 meal days per person will all be contacted by the NZBSAMOC just before the 30th Jan 2026 to confirm on which rally days the meals booked are required. Extra meals can be booked right up to 30th Jan 2026.
The official itinerary for the Rally is as follows (there may be minor changes of course, due to weather and venue requirements). Breakfast provided by the Silverstream Venue will generally be at 0800hrs, and dinner at 1800hrs.
Friday 13th February
10:00am Team to set up: reception desk, banners, signs, rally packs, motorcycle display, bar etc.
2:00pm onwards Arrival, book in, Rally packs etc. Instruction and song practice for Marae visit.
Saturday 14th (Wedding on at the Silverstream Venue)
10:30am Opening pōwhiri (Māori welcoming ceremony involving speeches, cultural performance, singing and hongi) Kōraunui Marae, 146 Stokes Valley Road, Stokes Valley. (2.9km) Lunch provided. (The BSA Club will provide lunches to Koraunui Marae Members).
2:00 4.00pm Lineup for group photo and public viewing at Dowse Square, 45 Laings Road, Hutt Central, Lower Hutt, 5010. 11km via High Street, Oxford Terrace.
3:00 Ride back via Belmont Hills to Silverstream Retreat 25km. Total 39km.
Sunday 15th
Ride: (Staggered start) Pāuatahanui, Paekākāriki Hill Road lookout, QE2 Park at Mackays Crossing (34.7km) - Tram ride to beach, lunch. Ride to Southwards Car Museum (https://www.southwardcarmuseum.co.nz/), 250 Otaihanga Road, Paraparaumu 5036 (10.6km) $18 entry. Ride back through Akatarawa Road (50.5km). Total 95.7km. Alternative route back: Pukerua Bay coastal route (47.7 km). Total 93km.
Monday 16th
Ride (Staggered start): to Manakau to visit Fox Props (75km). Ride to Peter Thompson's Motorcycle Museum, 1154 Rongotea Road, Kairanga, RD5 (64km). Lunch. Total 274km. Alternative return route via Transmission Gully.
Tuesday 17th
Free Day. Suggestions for activities from Hutt City I-SITE, Upper Hutt City I-SITE and Wellington I-SITE Visitor Information Centre.
Evening visit to Museum (CARS INC https://www.carsinc.co.nz/). Drinks and nibbles provided, 7pm to 9pm. George Daniels Drive Trentham. Upper Hutt.
Wednesday 18th
Ride: Wellington Bays. First stop Mount Victoria lookout 43km. Shorland Park Island Bay (Lunch) 12.30-3.00. Continue to end of Great Harbour Way, regroup. Retrace to Happy Valley Road, Brookland Road, Willis Street and left on to motorway North to Silverstream Retreat.
Dinner, Gift Presentation, Dance.
Thursday 19th
Ride: Lake Ferry morning tea, Through Martinborough, Gladstone Inn for lunch (own cost), back to Featherston Fell Museum 3 to 4pm. Back over (Remutaka) hill, through Whitemans Valley. Silverstream Retreat. Please note; Depending on numbers on the ride, the ride may be split - 1/2 the riders having lunch at Lake Ferry - 1/2 having lunch at Gladstone Inn.
Delegates meeting 7pm - 9pm.
Friday 20th
Pack up, vacate rooms by 10am, tidy up, morning tea at Resort - Farewells.
